This courtyard needed some love! The existing was grass only and the connection with the unit was very limited due to a balcony fence. We remove it to create a better flow and added a stair including a seating area! Our clients have now an in-built seating area perfect for a dinning table or a portative firepit! We used the same pavers to make this new area like an extension of the existing covered balcony!
